Donations
Horizon's donation fee is 4% on Basic, 3% on Professional and 2% on Enterprise. Stripe's card processing (2.9% + 30¢) also comes out of each donation, unless you let donors cover the fees.

How does pricing work?
A monthly plan plus a prepaid wallet for texts. Basic is $50 a month, Professional is $250 a month and Enterprise is $500 a month, and each step up lowers your per-text fee and donation fee. Carrier costs are passed through at cost on every plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. See pricing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated, and Horizon shows the price before you confirm.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Money left in your wallet is refunded to your card automatically once access ends.
Do I need to register before I can text?
Yes. Carriers require registration before your first text. Local numbers (10DLC) usually take 2 to 4 weeks and need carrier vetting, plus a Campaign Verify token for political groups. Toll-free numbers usually verify in 3 to 5 business days. Horizon walks you through every form, and you can canvass, import and plan while you wait.
