Yes. Carriers require registration before your first text. Local numbers (10DLC) usually take 2 to 4 weeks and need carrier vetting, plus a Campaign Verify token for political groups. STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, END and UNSUBSCRIBE are honored automatically on every send path. Horizon adds an opt-out footer that names your brand to the first text in a conversation and after 20 quiet days, and holds texts during quiet hours in each voter's time zone. Consent is recorded with its time and source, and you can download a consent certificate with a SHA-256 hash. An activity log records sends, team and billing changes, and a nightly check flags any row that was changed.

Yes. Add a donation link to any text and each voter gets their own tracked link. Donors give on a Horizon donation page and pay through Stripe Checkout, with no account needed. Money goes to your bank through Stripe, minus your plan's donation fee and Stripe's card fee. Each gift is matched to the text that drove it, and Enterprise adds FEC-style CSV exports.

Every plan has turf drawing, walk lists, door-to-door canvassing, survey questions and re-knock lists. Professional adds GPS live tracking, a suggested walking order, shapefile imports, contact heatmaps and district overlays. Enterprise adds auto-generated turfs and a live map of door results. More than 40 personal-data fields are encrypted at the column level, every connection uses HTTPS, and every Twilio and Stripe webhook is checked against its signature. Consent evidence files can't be deleted and are checked against their SHA-256 fingerprint every night. Members only see the contacts assigned to them.

Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Money left in your wallet is refunded to your card automatically once access ends.
